Affordable Housing Development Grants or Loans
Increasing the availability of safe, affordable housing in Colorado is one of the Division of Housing's top priorities. The Office of Housing Finance and Sustainability in the Division of Housing offers various services and financial assistance to help make housing and shelter a reality for citizens throughout the state.
Creation of Supportive Housing
For individuals facing extreme low-income levels and complex barriers to housing stability, this funding opportunity offers safe, affordable, community-based housing along with comprehensive support services that empower tenants to live independently, improve health outcomes, and reduce reliance on emergency systems.
Homeless Prevention Activities Program (HPAP)
Provides critical funding to non-profits and local governments across Colorado to prevent at-risk households from becoming homeless.
Mobile Home Park Acquisition Fund
Partners with fund administrators to provide low-interest, flexible loans for the purpose of acquisitions and capital improvement financing to eligible non-profit organizations or resident homeowners in order to allow them to purchase their Mobile Home Park.
Proposition 123 Predevelopment
Available to eligible entities, this funding supports predevelopment activities for properties intended to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for households at or below 100% AMI, with up to $500,000 in total funding available.
