A future without homelessness requires proven solutions. The State of Colorado is working to help individuals by creating Supportive Residential Communities. These communities will help people to overcome challenges, develop stability, and achieve goals.
The Sage Ridge Campus Plan
The Sage Ridge Campus in Watkins, Colorado has been transferred from the Colorado Department of Human Services to the Department of Personnel Administration for use by the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing. The ultimate goal is to make the campus a Supportive Residential Community where residents can recover from homelessness, find long-term housing stability, and reintegrate into their community of choice.

We are excited to share updates on the progress of the Sage Ridge campus renovation project. The initiative is currently in the construction phase, with active work underway on environmental clean-up, plumbing, roofing, and other critical infrastructure improvements.
