Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community
A future without homelessness requires proven solutions. The State of Colorado is working to help individuals by creating Supportive Residential Communities. These communities will help people to overcome challenges, develop stability, and achieve goals.
The Sage Ridge Campus Plan
The Sage Ridge Campus in Watkins, Colorado has been transferred from the Colorado Department of Human Services to the Department of Personnel Administration for use by the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing. The ultimate goal is to make the campus a Supportive Residential Community where residents can recover from homelessness, find long-term housing stability, and reintegrate into their community of choice.
