The Ridge View Campus Plan
The Ridge View Campus in Watkins, Colorado has been transferred from the Colorado Department of Human Services to the Department of Personnel for use by the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing. The ultimate goal is to make the campus a Supportive Residential Community where residents can recover from homelessness, find long-term housing stability, and reintegrate into their community of choice.
