The State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA)’s Division of Housing (DOH) is seeking agencies/organizations to respond to one or both requests for applications to provide 1) Case Review and Administration and/or 2) Housing Stability Services as part of the statewide Proposition 123-funded Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance program (CERA). CERA aims to provide emergency rental assistance and Housing Stability Services to prevent eviction and help tenants reach stability.
