- Renovations: Architecture & Construction - After a thorough solicitation process, DOLA has hired Davis Partnership Architects and Haselden Construction, LLC for design / build services.
- Services: The Supportive Residential Community Transitional Housing Provider & Campus Operator Request for Proposals (RFP) was posted on 5/3/24. The RFP can be found on Colorado VSS and Rocky Mountain Bidnet.
- Key Dates:
- 5/10/24 9:30AM MDT: Optional Site Tour at 28101 E Quincy Ave, Watkins, CO
- 6/4/24 2:00PM MDT: Letter of Intent due
- 6/24/24 2:00PM MDT: Submission due
