What is Happening: Master Plan Finalization
Ridge View redevelopment planning continues. This complex planning process was slightly delayed due to a newly identified need to complete an architectural assessment before estimating total costs. After receiving final revisions of costs, the Master Plan Summary will be shared.
Upcoming Steps: Solicitation for Implementation
The next significant step in our project timeline will be issuing three solicitations, slated to be released in the Fall and Winter. Those include:
- Renovations: Architecture & Construction
- Services: Transitional Housing & Facility Operations
- Treatment: Withdrawal Management & Health Clinic
