In an effort to reduce administrative burden and reduce barriers to housing, the Division of Housing is updating our previous voucher extension guidelines. Effective immediately voucher extensions will now be granted in increments of 120-days instead of the prior 30-day increment. This new policy is in effect for all voucher programs. Please note, Reasonable Accommodation paperwork is required for all initial requests and a continued need request is required for all subsequent requests. Extensions beyond 365 days will require the reasonable accommodation verification process to be completed again.
